National Health Management Institute (INGESA)
It is responsible for the management of health care benefits of the Social Security in the autonomous cities of Ceuta and Melilla, since the other Autonomous Communties have been transferred these powers.
The State has exclusive jurisdiction over the bases and general coordination of health care, legislation on pharmaceutical products and health care abroad.
