Access to information  regarding civil service pensions (without electronic authentication).

The eOffice allows you to check certain details relating to your pension and to submit applications and documents 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

In the Citizens section, you can find the following information:

• Accessing your personal and financial pension details.
• Obtaining payslips for the current pay period and previous pay periods (the last 12 months).
• The Pension Recalculation Notice for the current year.
• The certificate showing personal income tax deductions for the previous year, for the purposes of the income tax return.
• Obtaining official certificates – whether monthly, annual, relating to the type of pension, disability pension or retirement pension due to disability.

In the  “Online application for benefits” section,

• Submit your online applications or official forms.
• Attach documentation to a pension claim that has already been submitted.

eDNI. It is the identity document and digital signature issued by the Directorate-General of Police

Digital certificate. It is a digital signature that can be installed in the browser of any electronic device (computer, mobile phone or tablet) to verify the user’s identity online, enabling them to carry out administrative tasks and procedures via these devices.

The National Mint (FNMT) is the certification service provider that offers users various types of electronic certificates, enabling them to identify themselves and carry out procedures securely online.

Cl@ve Permanente. It is an authentication system designed to allow access to electronic services using a personal password.

This notice is to inform you that you have a notification on Civil Service Pension Management (usually a decision) in your Citizen Folder.

Through the Citizen Folder, you can view online the files you have open with the various public bodies and check your personal details.

If you are unable to access the Citizen Folder, the notification regarding Civil Service Pension Management will be sent to your home address by registered post a few days later.

You can also access this notification in the following ways:

• Electronically. If you have an eDNI or a valid electronic certificate, you can access this via the following link on the Civil Service Pension Management eOffice, under the “My notifications/my communications” section, provided you have previously registered for this procedure.

At the top left of that page, you will find a button (link) labelled “Technical support”; please click on it if you are unable to access the notification:

• • List of the most common issues.

• • Minimum requirements to access electronic systems.
  • A customised Incident Report form, which you can fill in to briefly describe the access issue and send by email so that your issue can be resolved.

• By post. A few days after the notice has been issued, if you have been unable to access it electronically, you will receive it by registered post at your home address.

• In person. If you would prefer to collect the notification in person from our offices, you will need to make an APPOINTMENT in advance via the “Appointments: other procedures” section, where you can select the date and time of available appointments from the calendar.

This procedure is essential if you are to be seen at the offices. You can find the addresses of our Civil Service Pension Management offices in the “About Us / Addresses and Telephone Numbers” section.

The appointment system is designed to ensure that members of the public receive timely and appropriate assistance with matters relating to civil service pensions in an organised manner.

• Whether you wish to submit applications and documents or find out about any other procedures, please access the section ”Services Other procedures”.

The Enquiries Mailbox is available for you to submit your queries in writing on any matter relating to civil service pensions.
