Permanent non-disabling injuries

Benefit that consists of a lump-sum compensation paid by Social Security to workers that have suffered injuries, mutilations or deformities as a result of a work accident or any occupational diseases, as established within the applicable scale, that have diminished their physical condition, though not to the point of it being considered a permanent disability.

This benefit is part of the protective actions of the General Social Security Scheme and the Special Schemes for Sea Workers, Self-Employed Workers and Coal Mining.
