Sources of information

The Social Security Administrative Offices and Technical Support Units of the Provincial Offices can offer you personalised guidance about your particular situation and resolve your questions and problems. The Technical Support Units are also available through the TGSS Telephone Support Service on 901 50 20 50.

Courses

The TGSS organises information and training courses for users. They are intended for users who will regularly use RED  Direct. They cover the areas of Contributions, Affiliation and Medical Certificates for |TD.
