• What kind of procedures or formalities may you need to carry out with the Social Security?

Among many others you can:

• • Consult or amend your personal details.
    
  • Obtain your employment history and know your current situation.
    
  • Communicate or consult your telephone number.
    
  • Obtain social security number.
  • Manage your Self-Employment or Household Employment procedures.
    
  • Prove your status as self-employed or a self-employed farmer.
  • Find out about your mutual insurance company in order to apply for cessation of activity.
  • Apply for a deferral as a self-employed person from 1 December.
  • And many other formalities.

• How can you carry out the necessary formalities with the Social Security?

• • If you have a digital certificate, password or have communicated your telephone number to the Social Security, you can carry out these formalities yourself using the Importass Social Security App.

• • If you cannot identify yourself digitally, but:

  • • You have an identification document,

A) You can also do this through IMPORTASS but in the section "Send an application", which you will find in the app by following these steps:

i. Identify yourself with a selfie, and attach a photo of both sides of your ID.

ii. Sign the application with the code that we will send to your mobile phone.

iii. Once we receive your application we will check your identity and contact you.

B) If you want to obtain a digital certificate or Key to be able to identify yourself, you can do so through "Send an application" following the same steps indicated in the previous section.

C) You can also call 915 41 02 91 or 901 50 20 50 to request a video call if needed:

• Change your contact details, telephone and address
• Get your Social Security Number

• • • You do not have an identification document:

I. you can contact us on 91 541 02 91 (free, depending on the telephone service you have) and 901 50 20 50, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm (except holidays).

II. You can visit our offices, which will remain open during their normal opening hours.
