If you have lost your identity document and you do not have an electronic certificate or permanent cl@ve, you can submit your applications by following these steps:

• Search for the service or procedure you want to use at https://prestaciones.seg-social.es/
• Identify yourself with a selfie, even if you can't show your ID.
• In the sections provided to include the photo of your ID card on both sides, attach any document or photo, even a photo of a blank page.
• Sign the application with the code that we will send to your mobile phone.
• Once we receive your application we will check your identity.

If you need to provide a document necessary to process your application and you are unable to obtain it, you can send us a declaration of responsibility with the data or information you need to provide.

You can write that statement by hand, take a photo of it and send it to us.
