It guarantees a minimum monthly income to the affected family unit, which is in a situation of need and the consequent lack of the possibility of generating economic resources.
The support is supplementary and compatible with all types of income, as long as it does not exceed the legally established levels.
Requirements
The amount of the monthly income of the Family Unit must be less than the minimum established according to the scale in Order ISM/741/2022, of 22 July, which updates the amounts of the complementary family financial assistance and home help for those affected by Toxic Syndrome, which determines the amount of the supplementary family allowance considering the number of family members and the number of people affected, applied to the IPREM.
Home
The recognition of the right will take place on the first day of the month following the presentation of the application.
Variation
A variation occurs when there is a change in financial or family data.
Expiry
By the disappearance of the circumstances that led to it.
Procedure
The procedure for the recognition of the right shall be initiated at the request of the interested party, by means of an application sent through:
- The platform of services Without Certificate of our Electronic Headquarters:
- Apply for or review the Supplementary Family Allowance for people affected by Toxic Syndrome.
- Apply for home help for people affected by toxic syndrome.
- Postal letter or in person at the corresponding Provincial Directorate.
Place of processing
Processing is carried out at the INSS Provincial Directorates in Ávila, Burgos, Cantabria, Guadalajara, León, Palencia, Salamanca, Segovia, Soria, Valladolid, Zamora and Madrid. For the rest of the provinces, processing will be carried out at the Directorate General in Madrid.
Resolution
The competence to resolve will lie with the Deputy Director General for the Management of Temporary Disability, Financial Benefits of the Social Security in its Non-Contributory Modality, and Other Short-Term Benefits, and with the heads of the Provincial Offices.
Complaint
It shall be filed with the Deputy Director General for the Management of Temporary Disability, Non-Contributory Social Security Financial Benefits and Other Short-Term Benefits, and those responsible for the Provincial Offices.
