Provision of orphanhood for violence against women

Law 3/2019, of 1 March, on improving the plight of children of victims of gender violence and other forms of violence against women, has amended certain articles of the consolidated text of the General Law on Social Security, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 8/2015, of 30 October, creating, within death and survival benefits, the modalities of pension and provision of orphanhood for violence against women.
