Cl@ve Mobile
From 3 March 2025, Cl@ve Mobile will be incorporated as a form of access to the services of the Social Security e-Office, replacing Clave PIN. However, Cl@ve mobile maintains the possibility of access with a single-use PIN.
Cl@ve Mobile is a simple form of access that does not require remembering a password, simply confirming the request that will be received via the Cl@ve APP.
Once Cl@ve Mobile has been selected as the authentication method, the system offers these options:
- Scan a QR code with the Cl@ve APP.
-
Select the option to continue without reading the QR and then you will have to enter your DNI/NIE and validity date of the DNI (or date of issue if it is a permanent DNI) or card number of the NIE .
- If you cannot access with the Cl@ve APP, during authentication you will be offered access with a PIN sent by SMS to your mobile phone.
To use the Cl@ve Mobile services, you must be registered in the Cl@ve system.
Cl@ve Mobile can be used in our mobile applications, at the e-Office and the different Social Security portals.
To use Cl@ve Mobile it is recommended that you have the Cl@ve APP installed. If you are already a user of the Cl@ve PIN App you will see how it is updated to the new version of Cl@ve App and, once activated, you will be able to receive authentication requests from Cl@ve Mobileon your device. All with the same App.
