Access to e-Office services with Cl@ve

The e-Office provides access to online services through Cl@ve, which is an electronic identity verification platform for the identification and authentication of citizens.

Permanent Cl@ve:

It is based access validation through a username and password. You must have an Activation Code in order to set this password. This code is obtained after registering in the system with an advanced level registration. 

This will also be the system that enables access to a signature in the cloud.

The “Cl@ve: password management” service can be used to create, re-set or change your password, and also to de-register if you wish to cancel the username and password.

Once the password has been set, the user can log in with their DNI or NIE number to access the "Username + password", "Cl@ve Permanent Cl@ve" online services in Citizens and in Companies.

Cl@ve Mobile

This is an electronic access system to public services that allows citizens to authenticate themselves in the procedure they are carrying out via the e-Office. The system a QR code to be scanned that avoids the need for users to enter their identification data on the access screen. If the QR code can't be scanned, the authentication request that will be sent to the Cl@ve APP can be confirmed.
In order to use Cl@ve Mobile it is necessary to register in advance in the system via the internet (basic level registration) or in person (advanced level registration) at any Cl@ve Registration Office.
