2013 Ibero-American Quality Award

2013 Ibero-American Quality Award

 

The Valladolid Provincial Directorate of the TGSS has been awarded the 2013 Silver Prize by the Ibero-American Foundation for Quality Management.

The goal of these prizes is to promote self-assessment, communication and training as basic tools to manage continuous improvement.

 



"Crystal Seals" awarded by the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations

  • The Málaga Provincial Directorate of the INSS has been awarded one of the “Crystal Seals”, presented by MINHAP, in recognition of its efforts and achievements in developing the general framework for improving quality in the Public Administration.

  • The Gipuzkoa, Bizkaia, Lleida and Ávila Provincial Directorates of the TGSS have been awarded one of the “Crystal Seals”, granted by MINHAP, in recognition of their efforts and achievements in developing the general framework for improving quality in the Public Administration.


Certificate of Merit with Special Mention and Certificate of Merit in the ISSA Best Practices Competition

Icon of Certificate of Merit Best Practices of the International Social Security AssociationThe International Social Security Association (ISSA) has recognised the RED Directo system (Electronic Document Submission) for its value as a best practice, awarding it a Certificate of Merit with Special Mention in the 2013 Best Practices Competition for the European region.

In addition, a Certificate of Merit has been awarded to the Social Security General Treasury for its continuous improvement of the Citizen Service Model.

 

 

  • The Provincial Directorate of the TGSS which has renewed the “AEVAL Seal” of excellence, first awarded in 2010, is:

    • Barcelona Provincial Directorate if te TGSS LEVEL 400–499 points, dated 13 May 2013.

  • The Provincial Directorates of the ISM that have retained the “AEVAL Seal” standard of excellence, first awarded in 2010, are:

    • Alicante Provincial Directorate of the ISM LEVEL 200–299 points, dated 12 July 2013.
    • Malaga Provincial Directorate of the ISM LEVEL 200–299 points, dated 16 July 2013
    • Las Palmas Provincial Directorate of the ISM LEVEL 200–299 points, dated 22 July 2013.

The State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and Quality of Services has recognised the following levels of quality with "AEVAL Seals":

  • By the external evaluation carried out according to the EVAM Model:

    • Barcelona Provincial Directorate of the ISM LEVEL 200–299 points, dated 1 March 2013.
    • Balearic Islands Provincial Directorate of the ISM LEVEL 200–299 points, dated 4 March 2013.
    • Bizkaia Provincial Directorate of the ISM LEVEL 200–299 points, dated 7 March 2013.

  • As a result of the self-assessment carried out according to the EFQM Model:
    • Malaga Provincial Directorate of the INSS LEVEL 400–499 points, dated 13 March 2013
    • Ávila Provincial Directorate if the TGSS LEVEL 200–299 points, dated 22 March 2013.
    • Gipuzkoa Provincial Directorate of the TGSS LEVEL 400–499 points, dated 24 May 2013.
    • Bizkaia Provincial Directorate of the TGSS LEVEL 400–499 points, dated 25 July 2013.
    • Lleida Provincial Directorate of the TGSS LEVEL 300–399 points, dated 19 September 2013.
