Ayuda domiciliaria
Reimbursement of the costs of home help with household chores for those affected by toxic syndrome who performed these tasks.
The amount is established in accordance with the needs of each family and without any time limit, in a monthly amount that may not exceed twice the amount of the public monthly multiple effects income indicator in force at any given time, including, in the part corresponding to the person in charge of the family home, the contribution payment to the Special System for Domestic Employees of the General Social Security Scheme.
Home
The recognition of the right will take place on the first day of the month following the presentation of the application.
Variation
A variation will occur when there is a change in socio-health circumstances.
Expiry
By the disappearance of the circumstances that led to it.
Documentation
The following documents must be submitted:
- The appropriate application form.
- The required documentation to prove their identity and the determining circumstances to receive the benefit.
Procedure
The procedure for the recognition of the right shall be initiated at the request of the interested party, by means of an application sent through:
- The platform of services Without Certificate of our Electronic Headquarters:
- Apply for or review the Supplementary Family Allowance for people affected by Toxic Syndrome.
- Apply for home help for people affected by toxic syndrome.
- Postal letter or in person at the corresponding Provincial Directorate.
Place of processing
Processing is carried out at the INSS Provincial Directorates in Ávila, Guadalajara, León, Palencia, Salamanca, Segovia, Valladolid, Zamora and the General Directorate in Madrid. For the rest of the provinces, processing will be carried out at the Directorate General in Madrid.
NOTE: From 11/11/2025, the Madrid offices will move from C/ Coruña 25 to C/ Padre Damián, 4. The care provided by social workers in the assigned CAISS is maintained.

Resolution
The competence to resolve will lie with the Deputy Director General for the Management of Temporary Disability, Financial Benefits of the Social Security in its Non-Contributory Modality, and Other Short-Term Benefits, and with the heads of the Provincial Offices.
Complaint
It shall be filed with the Deputy Director General for the Management of Temporary Disability, Non-Contributory Social Security Financial Benefits and Other Short-Term Benefits, and those responsible for the Provincial Offices.
