Who is it intended for?

In order to use RED  Direct you need to have been authorised by the TGSS . This authorisation is granted to companies, groups of companies, licensed professionals and all other individuals who fill out and submit contribution documents in the course of their activity, as the representatives of persons who are required to pay in contributions, as long as they manage CAC with no more than 15 workers when they request authorisation.


If the number of workers included in a CAC that is assigned to a RED Direct increases and exceeds 15 workers, that CAC can continue to be part of the RED Direct authorisation as long as it does not surpass 25 workers.


Although in the future all Schemes will be included in RED  Direct, currently only the following are available, depending on the field of activity:

  • In the area of Contributions
    • General Scheme: Normal Payments (L00) and Supplementary Payments (L02, L03, L09 and L13).
    • Special Schemes for Sea Workers: Normal Payments (L00) and Supplementary Payments (L02, L03, L09 and L13).
    • Special System for Employed Agricultural Workers: Normal Payments (L00) and Supplementary Payments (L02, L03, L09 and L13).
  • In the area of Affiliation and Temporary Disability Medical Reports
    • General Scheme, (including: the Special Scheme for Artists, the Special System for Fruits, Vegetables and Canned Vegetables, the Special System for the Handling and Packaging of Fresh Tomatoes, and the Special Agricultural System (actual days worked)).
    • Special System for Employed Agricultural Workers:
    • Special Coal Mining Scheme (Workers employed by another person).
    • Special Scheme for Sea Workers (Workers employed by another person).
