Article 17.1 of Royal Decree 1391/1995, of 4 August, approving the General Regulations for Social Security Financial Management, establishes:
That financial entities, and their groups and associations, must be authorised to collaborate in managing the collection of Social Security public law appeals and collecting private law appeals, as well as the payment of Social Security system obligations, under the terms set forth in Articles 3 and 4 of the General Social Security Collection Regulation, approved by Royal Decree 1415/2004, of 11 June.
Furthermore, Article 19 establishes that the Social Security Treasury General shall keep a Register of Collaborators for managing Social Security system income and payments; this register shall be public and accessible to anyone.
