Disability Pension: this is calculated by applying the percentage corresponding to the recognised degree of disability to a regulatory base, which is set annually in the General State Budget Acts.
In 2025, the base rate amounts to €7,596.76 on an annual basis (12 monthly instalments) or €633.06 on a monthly basis, resulting in the following amounts for disability pensions, depending on the recognised degree of disability:

Originators:

• Disability pension: this shall be as set out in Decree 670/1976 and corresponds to the amounts shown in the table above
  
• Basic Remuneration: since 1-1-1991, beneficiaries have been entitled to 100 per cent of the basic remuneration, which is set annually in the General State Budget Acts and which, for 2025, amounts to €11,970.17 on an annual basis (12 monthly instalments) or €997.51 on a monthly basis.
  

In favour of family members:

Since 1-1-1996, the General State Budget Acts have set the amount of these pensions at the same level as the minimum Social Security widows’ pension for recipients aged over 65, which for 2025 is set at €874.40 per month.
