• On pensions with work:

In the case of total permanent disability for the profession of the interested party or professional group of the worker, the corresponding pension will be compatible with the salary the worker may receive in the same or another company, provided the duties are not the same as those that led to the total permanent disability.

• On the 20% increase with work and other benefits:

  Receiving the 20% increase is incompatible:

  • With working for another person or self-employed work.
  • And with Social Security benefits that may arise from said work, such as temporary disability or maternity subsidy lasting beyond the labour relationship or professional activity, or any possible unemployment benefit for the same.
