For what concepts are contributions payable?

  • Common Contingencies :For covering situations derived from common illness, non-work related accidents and retirement, as well as maternity and paternity leave , risk during pregnancy and risk during breast feeding.
  • Work-related Accidents and Occupational illness: Designed to cover these contingencies.
  • Overtime.
  • Other Contributions: Together with the Social Security payments themselves, other contributions for special concepts are collected:
    • Unemployment
    • Wage Guarantee Fund
    • Occupational Training

The payments corresponding to these concepts will be paid and reported by those obligated to pay them, together with their Social Security payments, in the same way, with the same deadlines and in the same place.
