Form TA.2/S-0138 Application for Acquisition and Termination of Active Contributor Status, and Change of Details for Employed Workers in the General Scheme - Special System for Domestic Employees

Form TA.2/S allows you to request the registration or deregistration, as well as the variation of the details of the working day or remuneration of a domestic employee.

Through Importass you can apply for:

• The Registration in domestic employment.

• The Deregistration in domestic employment.

• The Modification of employment data in domestic employment.

The registration of a domestic employee in the Special System for Domestic Employees requires that they have a Membership Number (NAF) or Social Security Number (NUSS). The NAF/NUSS can be obtained online through the "Request Social Security number" service available on the TGSS portal. In the event of not being able to access this service, the form "TA.1 - Application for Social Security membership, Assignment of Social Security Number and Variation of data" could be submitted duly completed and signed.

In addition, in order to register a person as a domestic employee, the owner of the family home must have a Contribution Account Code (CCC) for the Special System for Domestic Employees. The CCC can be requested online through the service "Registration and assignment of CCC for individual employers" available at the Social Security e-Office. In the event of not being able to access this service, the form "TA.6- -0138 HOGAR can be completed, signed and submitted: Application for CCC for employers in the Special Household System and deregistration and variation of data".
