Registration, deregistration or change of data from the special agreement
Through the Social Security E-Office, it is possible to apply via the Electronic register:
- The registration in a special agreement with the Social Security, by filling in the electronic form (which replaces form TA.0040).
- The deregistration from a special agreement signed with the Social Security, by filling in the electronic form (which replaces form TA.0040).
- The change of data, resumption or suspension of a special agreement signed with the Social Security, by filling in the electronic form (which replaces form TA.0040).
To access this service, a digital certificate, electronic ID or Cl@ve Permanente is required.
Through IMPORTASS, section "Send an application", by selecting the category "special agreements", it is possible to apply for the registration, deregistration, change of data, resumption or suspension of a special agreement, if you do not have the means of identification indicated above.
To access this service, a copy of both sides of your DNI/NIE and a selfie with the front side of your ID document are required.
