Through Importass you can apply for the:

The registration of a special agreement with the Social Security.
The cancellation ofa special agreement with the Social Security.
The variation of details, resumption or suspension of a special agreement signed with the Social Security.

To access this service, a certificate, electronic ID or Cl@ve Permanente is required.

If the above means of identification are not available, the following may be used
The application must be made by providing a copy of both sides of the DNI/NIE and a selfie with the front side of the identification document.

Change in contribution basis of the special agreement

Through the service Change of contribution basis of special agreements available on Importass, you can request the change to the contribution basis of a special agreement signed with the Social Security, as well as the request or waiver of the increase in the contribution basis of it, according to the provisions of the Order that regulates the agreement.

Follow-up and consultation of the status of applications for special agreements. Provide documentation

Through IMPORTASS, "Your files and applications" service, you can consult, attach documentation and follow up on any procedure or application submitted to the Social Security General Treasury.

Undue Payment Return general scheme and similar

Through IMPORTASS, service "Consultation of payments and debts", selecting the category "Refund of income from special schemes and systems", it is possible to request the total or partial refund of the contributions paid in error under the terms and assumptions set out in the regulations.

Self-calculation of the special agreement payment

Using the auto-calculation service, you can calculate the approximate amount of the payment of the special agreement you want to sign using your own computer.

Direct debit from a bank account

Through the Social Security E-Office, those responsible for the payment of special agreement contributions may request the direct debit of Social Security contributions to the financial institution of their choice or a change of bank account.
