Registration, deregistration or change of data from the special agreement
Through the Social Security E-Office, it is possible to apply via the Electronic register:
- The registration in a special agreement with the Social Security, by filling in the electronic form (which replaces form TA.0040).
- The deregistration from a special agreement signed with the Social Security, by filling in the electronic form (which replaces form TA.0040).
- The change of data, resumption or suspension of a special agreement signed with the Social Security, by filling in the electronic form (which replaces form TA.0040).
To access this service, a digital certificate, electronic ID or Cl@ve Permanente is required.
Through IMPORTASS, section "Send an application", by selecting the category "special agreements", it is possible to apply for the registration, deregistration, change of data, resumption or suspension of a special agreement, if you do not have the means of identification indicated above.
To access this service, a copy of both sides of your DNI/NIE and a selfie with the front side of your ID document are required.
Change in contribution basis of the special agreement
Through the Social Security E-Office, it is possible to request, by electronic Registry, both the modification of the contribution basis of a special agreement signed with Social Security, as well as the request or waiver of the increase in the contribution basis of the agreement, depending on what is established in the Order that regulates the agreement.
To access this service, a digital certificate, electronic ID or Cl@ve Permanente is required.

Follow-up and consultation of the status of applications for special agreements. Provide documentation
With regard to applications made through the Electronic Register services of the Social Security e-Office, if you need to consult their processing status, provide new documentation related to them or if you need to respond to a request addressed to you by the Social Security, you can access the Electronic Registerchannels.
Regarding the applications you have made through IMPORTASS, you can check their status or complete them through the services available for this purpose indicated at the bottom of the home screen of the Social Security General Treasury Portal.
Undue Payment Return general scheme and similar
Through the Social Security E-Office, it is possible to request, via the Electronic Register, the full or partial return of the payments made in error according to the terms and scenarios set out in the regulations for the General Scheme and Similar Schemes.
To access this service, a digital certificate, electronic ID or Cl@ve Permanente is required.

Self-calculation of the special agreement payment
Using the auto-calculation service, you can calculate the approximate amount of the payment of the special agreement you want to sign using your own computer.
Direct debit from a bank account
Through the Social Security E-Office, those responsible for the payment of special agreement contributions may request the direct debit of Social Security contributions to the financial institution of their choice or a change of bank account.
