Supplement for non-contributory pensions

For 2021, a pension supplement is established as 525.00 euros per year for those pensioners who provide reliable proof that they do not own their home and that their habitual residence is a property rented to the pensioner whose owner is not a relative of up to the third degree, nor a spouse or common-law spouse. For family units in which there are several recipients of non-contributive pensions, only the holder of the rental contract may receive the supplement or, if there are several, the first of said holders.

The regulations for recognising this supplement shall be those established in Royal Decree 1191/2012, of 3 August.
