Catalogue of Social Security data
Law 37/2007 of 16 November on the reuse of public sector information is the standard that incorporates the European Directive 2003/98/CE into Spanish law. It contains, specifically, the basic regulation of the legal regime applicable to the reuse of information produced or kept by the government and public sector bodies.
This Law, which has been interpreted for the state public level through Royal Decree 1495/2011 of 24 October, is part of a broader legislative trend that aims to promote the development of the Information Society in Spain.
Cessation of activity benefit
Statistics on the economic benefit for cessation of activity of self-employed workers created by Law 32/2010. Includes information on workers who contribute to this benefit, number of benefits requested and recognised, as well as the term and average amount recognised at the end of each quarter.

Retirement age when benefits are accessed
Statistics regarding the age when the contributory retirement benefits of the Social Security System are accessed. The information obtained from the administrative registers are distributed by the real age of the holder on the date the financial benefits come into effect, with a range of simple ages from 55 to 70.
Statistical distribution tables classified by schemes and gender, as well as by annual information accumulated over the last five years.
