ERROR DOWNLOADING REPORTS OF "TEMPORARY DISABILITY ONLINE” APPLICATION

Currently, downloading reports from the "Temporary Disability Online" application, located in the RED Online System, only works if accessed through the Internet Explorer browser. However, a version of the application that is compatible with all browsers is in the works. This new version is expected to be operational in June.

Until this version is available, there is an option to use the Internet Explorer browser and therefore download the reports. To do this, go to the Edge browser settings and select the “Default Browser” option in the menu on the left. Once there, in the “Internet Explorer Compatibility” section, in the drop-down next to the option "Allow Internet Explorer to open sites in Microsoft Edge", you will need to select "Never".

In addition, in order to download the reports, the site https://w2.seg-social.es must be listed under “Trusted Sites” in the “Security” section of the “Internet Options””. This way, when loading the site via Edge in Internet Explorer mode, the window for choosing the certificate appears again, but the "Unauthorised access" warning no longer appears.
