Procedure for requesting the Special Agreement for employers and workers subject to legislation regulating short-time working or layoffs which includes workers 55 years of age or older.

Who can apply for it?
Workers or similar who withdraw from the System they were registered in or who meet certain requirements.
When does it have to be submitted?
During the processing of the labour force reduction scheme.
What formalities are involved?
They should present Form TA-0040 - |ERE.

At the Provincial or Administrative Offices of the Social Security Treasury General .
Online:
Through the e-Office, if you have a digital certificate.
