Who can apply for it?
Workers or persons assimilated thereto who render services for two or more employers in a situation of multiple employment or a situation of multiple activity, and terminate one or all of their activities.
When does it have to be submitted?
Within:
- 90 days from the causative date.
- At any time.
The presentation periods affect the date on which the agreement takes effect.
What formalities are involved?
They must submit Form TA-0040 and provide proof of 1,080 days of contributions in the 12 years prior to the situation giving rise to the application.
Where is it processed?
In Person:
In the Provincial Department of the Social Security Treasury General or Administration corresponding to the address of the applicant.
Online:
Through the e-Office, if you have a digital certificate.
