Procedure for affiliation, termination of affiliation, and data changes in the Special Scheme for Coal Mining

The general procedure is shown below

Who can apply for it?

Employers are under obligation to submit and sign their workers' affiliation, termination of affiliation, and data changes.

What is the application procedure?

AFFILIATION, TERMINATION OF AFFILIATION, CHANGES: Form TA2/S or TA2/S-Simplified

Where is it processed?

At the Provincial Directorate of the TGSS  or at its Administrative Office.

NOTE: Affiliations, terminations of affiliation and data changes of the Special Scheme for Coal Mining may also be processed through the RED System.
