Workers employed by another person: Employers are under obligation to submit and sign their workers' affiliation, termination of affiliation, and data changes.

Self-employed workers: The workers themselves are under obligation to submit and sign their affiliation, termination of affiliation, and data changes.

Where is it processed?

At the Provincial Directorates and Local Offices of the ISM.

NOTE: Affiliations, terminations of affiliations, and data changes  of employees  may also be processed through the RED System.
