Application for Benefits

All applications  for Spanish and Chilean benefits must be submitted to the competent institution in the country where the interested party is resident:

 In Spain:

• the  Social Security Support and Information Centrenearest to your address (National Social Security Institute) or
  
  
• the   Provincial Directorates of the Marine Social Institute, for workers included in the Special Scheme for Sea Workers

In Chile:

• For those affiliated to the New Pension System, the Pension Fund Administrators.
  
• For those affiliated to the old retirement schemes, the Instituto de Normalización Previsional (Retirement Normalisation Institute).

Note

If the interested party or the originators reside in a third country, they must submit their application to the Institution of the country (Spain or Chile) under whose legislation they were last insured.
