Displaced workers form
The authorised office of the Social Security General Treasury, as indicated in the heading on Displaced Workers, will issue - where appropriate - form ES/MD to certify that the worker continues to be subject to Spanish social security legislation during the period in question, in accordance with the provisions of Title II of the Social Security Agreement between Spain and Moldova.
The ES/MD form is automatically generated by the General Treasury when applicable and is not available on the website.
