Order ISM/386/2024 of 29 April regulating the signing of a special agreement with the Social Security for the purpose of calculating the contribution for internship and external academic placement periods regulated in the fifty-second additional provision of the revised text of the General Social Security Act, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 8/2015 of 30 October, carried out prior to its date of entry into force, which has been amended by Order ISM/812/2024 of 26 July, allows the signing of a special agreement with the Social Security in order to recover the contribution for the periods of internships and/or participation in training programmes carried out, in the cases provided for therein.
