Basic Information

A creditor is a natural or legal person who has provided services or delivered goods to the Social Security system in accordance with its regulations.

1.- Legal entity:

Where should the documentation be taken?

     Social Security Electronic Office

  • Documentation to be submitted:

•     Fill in the required information and sign the application electronically.
•      Attach justifying documentation:
  

•      Copy of DNI, NIF or NIE.
•     Original electronic bank certificate, not older than two years, issued by the financial institution and electronically signed by it. To obtain the electronic banking certificate, try your digital bank directly or contact your financial institution.
•      Power of attorney or proxy.
•      Supporting document for the procurement: tender document, invoice, procurement document, etc.

2.- Natural person:

Where should the documentation be taken?

Social Security Electronic Office or Public Registry addressed to the corresponding Provincial Directorate of the Social Security General Treasury.

• Documentation to be submitted:

   A. Social Security Electronic Office

• Fill in the required information and sign the application electronically.
• Attach justifying documentation:
  • Copy of DNI, NIF or NIE.
  • Original electronic bank certificate, not older than two years, issued by the financial institution and electronically signed by it. To obtain the electronic banking certificate, try your digital bank directly or contact your financial institution.
  • Power of attorney or proxy, if applicable.
  • Supporting document for the procurement: tender document, invoice, procurement document, etc.

   B. Public Registry

• Providerregistration application form addressed to the Provincial Directorate of the TGSS of the corresponding province.
• Copy of the DNI or NIE card of the holder, legal representative or proxy.
• Bank certificate no more than two years old, signed and stamped by the financial institution.
• Supporting document for the procurement: tender document, invoice, procurement document, etc.
