Quality and Innovation in Public Management Awards

• The Social Security General Treasury has been awarded the Management Innovation Award for its “System for Evaluating Performance, Effectiveness and Efficiency at the TGSS (SEREs)” initiative.
• The Málaga Provincial Directorate of the INSS has been awarded second prize in the Management Innovation Award for the initiative, entitled “Online access to the electronic medical records of mutual insurance organisations collaborating with the Social Security system by INSS medical inspectors in Málaga”.

Citizenship Award

The Social Security General Treasury has been awarded the Citizenship Award for its “Direct Settlement System” scheme. New procedure for the settlement of contributions by companies, issued by the Social Security General Treasury.
