Compulsory subjects for notice thereof

The start, end or any changes to services provided must be reported to the Social Security General Treasury.

Applications for affiliation, termination and data modification for workers must be signed by the employer or the self-employed worker, if appropriate. The affiliation and data modification applications for workers employed by another person must always be signed by the worker.

The chart below indicates those responsible for submitting the affiliation, termination and data modifications under each Social Security scheme.
