Co-responsibility in infant care

If you wish to apply for co-responsibility in infant care, you can print out the appropriate form and fill it in and then send it in by ordinary post or hand it in to the appropriate Provincial Directorate.

The instructions and documentation required for processing and submission are set out in  Documents which must accompany the application.
