School Insurance benefits

If you wish to apply for any of the school insurance benefits, you can apply for this procedure through the Social Security e-Office if you have a digital certificate or permanent cl@ve. If you do not have an electronic identification system, you can carry out the procedure through the Social Security Benefit Application and Procedures platform. You can also print out the form and fill it in and then send it in by ordinary post or hand it in to the appropriate Provincial Directorate.

If you wish to apply for an extension of the neuropsychiatry benefit, you must use the School Insurance Benefits form. The application for an extension must be submitted within 30 days before the end of the previous period, and extensions formalised outside this period are not payable.

If you wish to apply for the resumption of the neuropsychiatry benefit after interruption of medical treatment, you must use the Application for Resumption after Interruption of Neuropsychiatry Benefit form.
