In 2024, the maximum limit for public pensions, both those which an individual becomes eligible for in 2024 and those for which they were eligible as at 31 December 2023, whether they receive only that pension or it is received along with others, will be:

3,175.04 euros per month, without prejudice to any extra payments that the pension holder may be entitled to, the amount of which is also affected by the aforementioned limit.
