Winsuite32 Mandatory update gisscide file

Download single file. To install it, download the file to a temporary folder and extract the “gisscide.dll file”. After installing Winsuite32, copy the extracted "gisscide.dll" file into your Winsuite installation path, overwriting the existing file.
For example, if your installation is located in the "C:Winsuite" folder, you must copy the "gisscide.dll" file to that installation folder.
