The purpose of the special agreement is to provide coverage for all eventualities covered by the scheme in which the worker is on active contributor status without compensation. |

Beneficiaries: |
Workers who are in a situation of active contributor status without remuneration, fulfilment of public duties, excused absences and periods of leave that do not allow leave from work, during which, in accordance with article 69 of the General Regulations on Contributions and Settlement of Other Social Security Rights, approved as Royal Decree 2064/1995 of 22 December, the obligation to make contributions continues, if the contribution basis for the calendar month prior to the starting date of this situations is greater than the minimum basis corresponding to the workers' occupational classification. |

At the Provincial or Administrative Offices of the Social Security Treasury General corresponding to the domicile of the applicant. If you have a digital certificate you can access the e-Office and submit the application form and required documentation online through the Special Agreement Registration process in the Electronic Applications Register. |
