All applications  for Spanish and Andorran benefits must be submitted to the competent Institution in the country of residience of the interested party. It will apply to both countries if this is requested in the application or the fact that a professional activity is carried out in the other country can be inferred from the documentation presented.

If the interested party or the originators reside in a third country, they must submit their application to the Institution of the country (Spain or Andorra) under whose legislation theywere last insured.

 In Spain:

• the  Social Security Support and Information Centrenearest to your address (National Social Security Institute) or

• the  Provincial Directorates of the Social Marine Institute, for workers included in the Special  Scheme for Sea Workers

In Andorra:

• The Caixa Andorrana de Seguretat Social
