Those to whom the Agreement applies
To workers who are citizens of both of the Parties to the Agreement and their families.
Those who have the status of refugees and stateless persons who are normally resident in one of the two countries and to the members of their families.
Family members of a worker who are citizens of one of the two countries, regardless of the nationality of the worker, if this worker has been subject to the legislation of one or both countries.
