Application for benefits
All applications for Spanish and Korean benefits must be submitted to the competent Institution in the country where the interested party is resident.
If the interested party is resident in a third country, applications for Spanish and Korean benefits can be submitted to the competent Institution in either of the two countries.
In Spain:
- the Social Security Support and Information Centre nearest to your home (National Social Security Institute) or
- the Provincial Directorates of the Marine Social Institute, for workers included in the Special Scheme for Seafarers
In Korea:
- National Pensions Service
