Application for Benefits
All applications for Spanish and Ukrainian benefits must be submitted to the competent institution in the country where the interested party is resident.
In Spain:
-
the Social Security Assistance and Information Centre. closest to their address (National Institute of the Social Security) or
-
the Provincial Directorates of the Social Marine Institute, for workers included in the Special Scheme for Sea Workers.
In Ukraine:
For granting pensions
-
The Ministry of Labour and Social Policy
For paying pensions
- The Ukrainian Pension Fund
