Those to whom the Agreement applies

For Spaniards and Ukrainians who work or have worked in one or both countries and to their family members who are recipients.

To those who have the status of refugees or stateless persons who are or have been subject to the legislation of one or both countries and to the members of their families who are recipients.

It also applies to Spaniards and Ukrainians who are recipients and members of the family of a worker of any nationality, if that worker has been subject to the legislation of one or both countries.
