Application for benefits
In order to obtain recognition of benefits, the person concerned must apply to the Authorised Institution of the Contracting Party in which he/she resides and in accordance with its legislation.
In Spain:
- The Social Security Support and Information Centre nearest to your home (National Social Security Institute) or
- Provincial Directorates of the Social Marine Institute, in the case of workers included in the Special Scheme for Sea Workers
- The National Social Insurance Fund of Moldova (CNAS)
