At the e-Office, there are procedures that you can access using a temporary password provided via SMS to your mobile phone, provided that you have previously provided it. Access the list of services available via SMS.
How to access
If your mobile phone number is in our database, you can identify yourself by entering your mobile phone number, your date of birth and the access code that we will send you by SMS.
How to register
- If you have not yet communicated your telephone number, but you have Cl@ve or a digital certificate, you can provide it through Import@ss, the Social Security General Treasury Portal. You can also do this through the e-Office in the Change and communication service by telephone and e-mail.
- If you do not have these means of authentication, you can send a request. Communicate your telephone number by choosing the category Citizen/worker and selecting the procedure Communication and change of contact details/Address.
