No identification

If you need to carry out a procedure, but you do not have a form of electronic identification, you can communicate it, without the need to authenticate yourself, through the following links:

• To obtain a Work Life Report or one concerning contribution bases, to carry out any procedure relating to domestic employment or self-employed workers, or your queries about payments and debts if you have no means of identification, you will need to present a copy of both sides of your DNI/NIE and a selfie with the front side of your ID document. You can also update your contact details or address.
• For pensions and benefits from the National Social Security Institute, access the Application and procedures for Social Security benefits service without the certificate. 
• For formalities relating to seafarers, you can access the service you need from the option without a certificate.
  

You can request and receive information at your home address. To do this you should bear in mind that the Social Security must have your address updated. You can do this through the Personal Data service available on Importass. 

If the above means of identification are not available, this can be done by providing a copy of both sides of the DNI/NIE and a selfie with the front side of the identification document.
