How to register

To access the services in our e-Office, we recommend that you register at an advanced level. You can do it online if you have a certificate or electronic DNI or in person:

Online, with certificate or electronic DNI.

• Go to Register with Cl@ve using a certificate or electronic DNI and enter the number of your identity document.
• Identify yourself with your certificate or electronic DNI.
• Enter your contact details and accept the terms and conditions.
• We will show you the confirmation of your Cl@ve registration along with the activation code that will allow you to activate your Cl@ve Permanent.
• In addition, you can get the receipt of your registration in the system by downloading the PDF.

In person

Important: Face-to-face attention at the Cl@ve Registration Offices requires an prior appointment. Consult in advance.

Select Cl@ve Registration Offices and find your nearest office. Remember to bring your ID with you.

You can also register Online without a digital certificate or by video call. This will provide you with a basic level of registration (level 1), which will not allow you to access procedures that require a higher level of identification security.

Online without digital certificate

1. Go to Register with Cl@ve and enter your ID card number and the contrast data.
2. Accept the sending of the letter of invitation. Within approximately 10 days you will receive a letter at your tax address (the address you have given to the tax authorities) with the information you need to register.
3. Once you have the letter, go back to Register with Cl@ve. Enter your ID number and select the option "I already have an invitation letter".
4. Enter the Secure Verification Code (CSV) from the letter.
5. Enter your contact details and accept the terms and conditions.
6. Confirmation of your Cl@ve registration will be displayed along with a code that will allow you to activate your basic level Permanent Cl@ve.
7. In addition, you can get the receipt of your registration in the system by downloading the PDF.

Online by video call

You can register with Cl@ve by video call from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm.

1. Go to Register with Cl@ve by Video Call and after making a test video call, click on "Continue".
2. Enter your ID number and the contrast data.
3. Activate the test video call box and click on "Access video assistance".
4. If the service is available, we will inform you of the estimated waiting time.
5. We will attend to you personally and ask for your identity document to verify your identity.
6. We will show you the confirmation of your Cl@ve registration along with the activation code that will allow you to activate your basic level Permanent Cl@ve.
