e-Office services with Cl@ve PIN access

Cl@ve is an electronic identity verification platform for the identification and authentication of citizens. Among its access modalities is Cl@ve Mobile, which is an electronic access system to public services that allows citizens to authenticate themselves in the procedure they are carrying out in the e-Office. The system a QR code to be scanned that avoids the need for users to enter their identification data on the access screen. If the QR code can't be scanned, the authentication request that will be sent to the Cl@ve APP can be confirmed.

To use Cl@ve Mobile, it is first necessary to register in the system via the internet without identification (basic level registration) or in person (advanced level registration) at any Cl@ve Registration Office.
