Purpose	Control and monitoring of the collection of contributions and other resources of the Social Security system from companies and workers, of the different Social Security Schemes in the voluntary payment period and until its resolution in the enforcement process.
Legal basis	GDPR - Article 6. 1. c) the processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to the controller. GDPR - Article 6. 1. (e) processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.
Addressees	Social Security Management Entities, Labour and Social Security Inspectorate, Mutual Insurance Companies Collaborating with Social Security, State Tax Administration Agency, Public Administrations, Courts and Tribunals.
