Formalisation of Articles of Incorporation document and coverage for Temporary Disability benefits

The employer, when requesting registration, must state in the application or in an attached declaration, the management entity or collaborating agency of its choice to provide benefit coverage to workers in case of temporary disability due to common eventualities.

Formalised documents will remain valid for one year, and their expiration should coincide with the last day of the month. After this time, they will be automatically renewed for an equal period of time, except if otherwise expressly requested.
